One of my goals for the year was to stay current with this site. So much for that goal, but I have been productive. First thank you to everyone who came to Family Tennis Night!! It was a perfect evening to be outside with the family. Over 60 people attended, which is probably a record for tennis. More importantly I was able to give a racket and balls to every student who wanted one!! KEEP PLAYING.

Second Over the course of the last two or so weeks I have written over $18,000 in grants either for equipment for Inez or for a group of PE teachers from 6 different schools. Who knows if we will get any of the grants, but it doesn’t hurt to write them. Much of what I am able to offer our kids is as a result of grants. Keep your fingers crossed.
